This event is an invitation to move to feeling good!
The incredible Murray Cunynghame is kick starting the event with a signature jazz routine that is fun & feel good. It's an advance style but it's open to all dancers & movers. From there, we transition into a Pilates-based movement session by Serina Nila designed to support you from the inside out. Expect a focus on strength, mobility & balance to support longevity and injury prevention. It is optional to stay until 4:30pm for food, beverages & an opportunity to connect.
