Naturopathy is a holistic, evidence-informed approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. Treatment may include dietary & lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, & education to support the body's natural healing processes.

I'm big on testing, not guessing. Functional pathology (like a GI-MAP, SIBO testing, H. pyrlori testing & more) gives us a roadmap, so your healing is tailored to what's really going on internally & in conjunction with your symptoms, not a generic protocol. Long term, testing actually saves you money, because we're not wasting time or budget on trial & error.

Online Consultations
Sincerely, Serina is an online clinic meaning all appointments are either over the phone or via Telehealth.
You'll receive your session telehealth link by email ahead of time (when you book in), all you'll need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable space to talk.

Treatment Plans
I don't believe in prescribing on the spot. You're not a simple equation, you're a complex individual with symptoms, history, & patterns that deserve real thought, not a quick decision made in the room during your appointment. So rather than handing you a plan on the day, I take the time to properly consider everything we've discussed, & your tailored treatment plan will land in your inbox within 48-72 hours.​
Appointment Times
All appointment times are in Sydney's Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

Prescriptions
Prescribing is done through professional online dispensaries, giving you access to prescription-only herbs, nutritional supplements, practitioner-grade medicinal foods & custom liquid herbs
After your session, you'll receive a personalised link to order your recommended products, which are dispatched within a few days & delivered straight to your door. Alternatively, Serina will send you and invoice to be payed & once processed will order on your behalf.
Pathology & Testing
Where relevant, I may write a referral letter for you to take to your GP, who can then organise pathology tests through Medicare (bulk billed).

At other times, I may refer directly to labs and organise functional testing, including gut microbiome mapping, SIBO testing, thyroid panels, and more. These aren't covered by Medicare & involve out-of-pocket costs.
​
If functional testing is recommended, you'll either be sent a test kit directly to your home with clear instructions, or you will be directed to a nearby lab to have the testing done.
Cancelation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 24 will ​incur a 75% cancellation fee.

Before your first session, you'll be sent a compulsory Intake Form to complete, so we can make the most of our time together.
