WHAT IS NATUROPATHY?
Naturopathy is a powerful approach to wellness, whether used for prevention or to support pre-diagnosed conditions. It takes a whole-person perspective, addressing physical, mental & emotional aspects of health to help you create wellbeing that’s personal to you, energised, balanced, and free from what holds you back. Grounded in both evidence and traditional knowledge, naturopathy recognises that symptoms are your body’s way of communicating with you. By listening to this dialogue, it seeks to uncover the underlying causes and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

As a naturopath & dance teacher my passion is rooted in movement, nourishment & the nervous system. I work alongside pre-profession & professional dancer to optimising performers careers, promoting longevity & help dancers feel grounded amidst the chaos. Together, we create a plan that is completely tailored to you to supports your health.

A dance career extends beyond the hours spent in the studio developing your craft & it is equally built on the care, recovery & nourishment priorities outside of the room.

I want to naturopathically support the next generation of dancers (& existing) to feel their best both in & out of the room.

Naturopathy isn’t about me. It is about you. Every person’s health is unique, and my role is to help you feel your best in every aspect of wellbeing, from mental to physical and everything in between. My ultimate goal is that one day the final email I send ends with the words “Sincerely, Serina” because you will have the tools, knowledge, & confidence to care for your health & live a life you truly love.​
Naturopathy is never about rigid diets or restriction. Yes, I will encourage you to look after the foundations of health including sleep, nourishment, hydration, sunlight & movement but together we will find the balance between reducing symptoms or dis-ease and creating a joyful, sustainable way of living that is uniquely yours.
